SIR JAMES GRAHAM.

SYDNEY, this day. The death occurred to-day of Sir James Graham, after an operation for an internal complaint.
Sir James Graham, M.D., was formerly Director of the Sydney and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals, and was President of the Sydney Vigilance Committee during the outbreak of plague in 1900. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly, for many years, and was knighted on the occasion of the Duke of York's visit to Sydney, when he occupied the Mayoral Chair.
