A disaster joccurred aboard the British steamer Alumchinc to-day, three hundred tons of dynamite exploding when it was being loaded. " Seven men who were aboard the vessel were blown to atoms. The shock was felt for thirty miles, and hundreds of windows were wrecked. The Lower House of the Delaware State legislature rocked so severely that members thought an earthquake had occurred. Twenty were injured aboard a lighter near by.
