LONDON, September 5. Lady Saint (the newly-named St. Leger— Hilda mare) became an odds-ou chance for the Wolverhampton Handicap, run hist Monday, but could get no nearer than third to the locally trained Suezath. a daughter of Glenwood. a son of the mighty Ormonde. The race, worth £300, was run over a mile and a half.

Oban, the aged son of Locbiel and Yonusta scored a win for his owner, Mr F.dgar Cohen, at the Doiuiville meeting (Prance) concluded last Saturday.
