Accommodation ha*- been provided for upwards of a hundred newspaper reporters _t the Olasa-ow meeting-. There have teen GO.OOO applicants for tickets. The finding of the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce coiuinitiee on the fiscal question is on the whole favourable to 3\lr Chamberlain's prruiosals. The majority of nielubei'-s replied that 'they approved of trade within the Empire bein? confined to the Empire's ships, jbut the vessels of nations agreeing to reciprocal relations.
