The spring meeting of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club is proceeding. Results are as follow: —
Hack Hurdles. —Comfort 1, Nadador 2, Aroha 3. Won easily by six lengths, Nadador 12 lengths behind second. All started. Time, 3.28. Dividend, £4 8/.
Maiden Handicap. •— Provost Marshal 1, Spoil 2, Wet Reef 3. Won by a bare nose, Wet Reef two lengths away third. Sc-ra-tehed: Gold Trip, Picklow, Louisa, Royal Fusilier, and Furneau;c. Time, 1.33. Dividends, £1 13/ and £13 19/.
King Edward Handicap.—Quariyman 1, Dexterity 2. Menura 3. Won by two lengths rather easily. Scratched: Royal Fusilier and Fi-eeland.
Time 1.57.. Dividends—£3 5/ and £1 13/,
