Wellington, Wednesday. Sir R. Stout presided ab the .tenth annual meeting of the New Zealand Alliance today, at which delegates were present from all par'.s of theco'.ony. The report showed the income to havo been £719, and the expenditure £36. £8 were subscribed' in tho room towards wiping oil the deficit. Sir R. Stout was unanimously re-elected president for the ensuing year, and vice presidents were elected in various parts of the colony. The following executive was elected :—Mrs Plimmer, Revs. Hallowes and Guy, Messrs Collins, . Dodgshun, Harding, Martin, Lankshear, Keith and Sims. Ou the motion of the Rev. F. W. Isitt a resolution was passed establishing a Prohibition Colonial Council to take charge of legislative action of colonial importance. This was air the business.
