CHARLES PARNELL
MORE DISGRACEFUL CON-. DUCT.
London, December 5. Violent scenes have taken place between Parnell and Healy, who mutually insulted each other. Parnell, and not Sexton, moved the Committee to obtain news from Gladstone, Morley, and Harcourt Parnell declares that Gladstone is unrivalled as a sophist. No one has been able, during a decade, to extract a single straight answer from him. Healy said it was shameful that Parnell should persist in insults to Gladstone. Friends and foes consider that Parnell has won a decided victory now that the Jcol.lapse of the American mission is., admitted. A deputation, including Healy, Sexton, Richmond, and oi-hers, waited on Gladstone. The latter refused to pledge anything, or to assist the Parnellites out of their difficulties.
