FATAL ACCIDENT.
The following telegram convejing news of a fatal accident has boon received by Superintcn dent Thomson from Constable Foreman, of Ilelensvlllo: — " John Atekison, aged I'J, was killed at Makarau Bush, about 4 p.m. yeatcrduy, by a log rolling on him. Body brought in to Holonsvillo to awuiD inquest. His father and mother reside at Pukekohe West." News of the sad occurrence lias been wired to them by Mr Thomson.
