Mr B. Arthur sold to-day, at his.mart, the .large'original allotment corner of Queen-street and Karangahape road, for £470. Messrs B. Tonks and Co. sold to-day, without reserve, at the Brunswick Mart, Mr P. Vragnizan's farm, situate at the Hot Springs. The farm realized the low figure of 15s per acre. Four allotments at Riverhead brought £3 2s 6d. At the furniture sale, held afterwards, the lots realized tolerably good prices. MINING.
