Per s.s. Storinbird, from Wellington, transshipped ex Gothenburg, from Melbourne :— 1 case cigars, Combes and Daldy. Free goods, 2 parcels, 3 pockets hops, Bueholz and Go.; 21 packages, telegraph material, Sheath. Transhipped ex Bangitoto, from Melbourne :— 1 case, 1 do., 1 do., Con.bes iand Daldy. From Taranaki: —2 cases produce, W. Dowden. — Combes and Daldy, agents.
The clipper Kate will sail for Sydney tomorrow.
The Novelty may be expected in harbour during the present week, from Sydney. The s.s. Stormbird, Captain Doile, passed the s.s. Phoebe and the s.s. Airedale at 10 p.m. on Saturday, thirty-five miles this side of Taranalri, the Pbcebe being about two and ahalf to three miles in advance of the Airedale. They were both showing flash lights every ten minutes.
Tha s.s. Stormbird, Captain Doile, will sail on Wednesday, at noon, for Taranaki, Wanganui, Nelson, and Wellington.
