Grahamstown, 3 p.m. JOBBERY OF A DWELLING
NATIVE LAKDS' COUET BE-iCH CLAIMS.

EUEEKA CEUSHIN'G-
Thf. hut of a miner named Saunders has been brok-en into, and £20 in gold and notes stolen therefrom, also a watch and guard, bank receipts, &c. Three men have been taken into custody as being implicated in the affair.
Eureka. —50 tons crushed for the above claim yielded 7S ozs.
The investigation into the Beach claims is being proceded with in the Native Lands Cout, before Judge Fenton. Mr. Tookey deposed to the land in dispute having been occupied as a fishiug station of the Maories, and was subsequently examined at great length as to Native customs, &c, of claimants.
