Drunkenness.—Thomas Brown and David Kelly were each fined ss. and costs, or to b imprisoned 2-4 hours with hard labor.
Vagrancy.—John Stewart pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent exposure in a public thoroughfare on Thursday afternoon, and was sentenced to be imprisoned three months with hard labor. —David Kelly, charged with a similar offence, was, on the evidence of Seigeant MeCafferty, proved to have been guilty, and was sentenced to a similar penalty.—The Court then rose.
