ARRIVAL OF THE AIREDALE
'The s.s. Airedale, Captain A. Kennedy, left the''wharf at; Port Chalmers on the 11th, at 4.15 p.m.; had thick easterly weather and rain to Lyttelton, at which port she arrived on the 12th,- at 11,15 a.m. Sailed on the 13th, at 6.30 p.m., and reached Wellington the next morning at 11.15; had light winds and fine weather throughout. Left; on the 15th at 12.15 p.m., and arriyed at Picton same night at 5.30. Started from thence on Sunday at 3 a.m., and arrived at Nelson same day at 11 a.m. Sailed again on I7ttirat 2.20 p.m. ; fresh south-west winds across the Straits. Anchored off New Plymouth at 8.30 a.m. of 18th ; discharged and loaded. Proceeded from thence at 5.10 p.m. Left the StOrmbird and St. Kilda at anchor. > . ■ -—
