The fi«o cattle steitmer Keera, in command of Capt. J. B.un, arrived ia harbour early this morning from Napier, bringing a cargo of cattle, sheep, &c, in splendid condition. The X*era left Napier at 8 i-.m. on the 81st i-i-tai.t. wifh a lL'ht breeze from southW st, an J at 1 a.m., on Ist September ro ude<l Portland Island; at 830 pa*te > Gable find, bearing east two nvles, wind »tiL at S and W. Rounded ti.e fi»st Cape at 4 p.m. with strong inoreasiaij br exo fr.on. 8. W., and at 4 a.m. on the 2nd pa*srd Whir Ia and. south five miles. The wind at. this ti iif wa* bl.wing har I from S.rf.W.
