3IEHCIIAST SHIPPING ACT. .J Spilling was charged with a breach of this Act, in being drunk on board the Sydenham on the 23rd mat. Pleaded guilty. Fined ss. and costs, or to be imprisoned 48 hours with hard labour. L. Yink, charged with assault on board the Sydenham, was,' on the application of Mr. Bennett, for the defence, remanded till tomorrow. The Court then rose.
