Per schooner Flirt, for Lyttelton via Mevcury Bay : 15,000 feet timber, 20,000 do. do —Master, agent.
The schooner Fortune arrived in harbour, this morning, from the East Coast, with 600 bushels maize and 200 bushels wheat.
The schooner Twilight, Captain Meiklejohn, arrived in hnrbour, last evening, at 8 "o'clock, from Eaipara, having left that pert at noon on Friday last. She experienced strong W.S.W. winds till Sunday; thence S.W., pounding the North Cape at noon on Monday. The Twilight brings the following cargo : —ISB baga anil 10 boxes gum, Must and Co.; 5 packages sundries', order; 5 case merchandise, L crab winch, "W". Graham ; 6 hides, Gittoa ; 20 bales flax, order ; 9.8 bags gum, Srarrot ; 37 bales flax, Neale ; 1-t bags gum, S. H. Smith ; 3 bales wool, order. The p.s. Duke of Edinburgh will leave for the Thames this evening, at nine o'clock.
The steamers Phoebe and Taranaki were to leave the Mauukau for Southern ports this afternoon.
