H.E.H. the Duke of Edinbubcvh. — We understand that letters have been received from Mauritius, stating that X.M.S. Galatea, commanded by H.E.H. the Duke of Edinburgh, was expected to reach Sydney about the flatter part of . ugust; and after a stay there of two months, would proceed direct to England. A musical and literary entertainment in aid of AH Saint.' Church will take place to-morrow at the City Hall, under the patronage of Lady Bowen. A committee meeting of the Northern Club will be held on the 20th instant.
