PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
A Provikcial Government Gazette was published yesterday, by which gold mining leases are granted to Thomas Macffnrlahe for the Lucky Hit, .and William Soufcer for the Adelaide. Notice is given of intention of granting a lease to P. O'Neill aud others of the Young Republic. Leases arc refused to the Hastings, Somerset, City of Salisbury, Cloth of G-oJd, Alexander McTavish, W. Finnimore, Charles Workman, Giant's Causeway, J. McFariand, Prince Arthur, Snowden, Amazon, City of London, Excelsior, North Island, Warrior, S. R Clark and J. Earl, and Herald. The following applications have been abandoned:—Great Mogul, Newfoundland, and Hero. The Dalmorton is abandoned and open for occupation. The following leases liave been cancelled :—F ranklin, Australian Penrith, Proof Positive Extended JSp. A .Fiory Cross and Great Victoria, Ohio} lent\ian, HazoldclJ, Pride of Karata Extern, EkC. Jordan, W. Bishop and others, ~9 '&>. WiAnganui, and Surprise. The VA^* 1 llijTflWny Trustees are gazetted.
