Messrs. Lewis Brothers sold by auction today, at their mart, Queen street, as follows :— Kent hops, Is 2d ; empty tanks, 50s to 535"; jams, X.8., in jars, s|d ; ditto Peacock and Johnson's, 6s 8d ; crushed loaf sugar, 6d ; fine white crystals, 5d ; gunnies, J.C., s£d ; tea, " Minnie," 6d in bond ; Ogilvie candles, 10f d ; Keiller's confectionery, 10? ; vestas, 250's, 17s 6d gross; salmon, i4s; Lea aud Perrin's sauce, 12s 9d ; blacking, 4d ; Morton salmon, 13s 6d.

Mr. S. Jones disposed of by auction to-day five cases saddlery at the following prices : — Gentlemen's riding saddles, £3 la to £3 2s Od; buggy harness, £5 to £5 10s ; bridles, riding and stock whips, £3 5s to £4 ss. Mr. B. Tonka held a large sale of drapery, See., at his mart to-day, which was numerously attended by the trade.
