Tuesday, July; 31, 1877. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq-, R.M.) APPLICATION FOE RE-HEARING.

Oil the opening of the Court, Mr. Joblin applied for a re-hearing of the case, Gilliat v. Joblin, on the grounds, that the judg-ment-given at Little River, on July 28th, .had.given the plaintiff possession of land, which had been the property of defendant for years past., He (Joblin) was prepared to produce the evidence of a surveyor to that effect. He had seen. Mr. Gilliat, and informed him of his intention of applying for a rehearing. Mr. Gilliat had made no reply when so informed. By the Bench'-.- He would give such security as might be required.
