RULES AND REGULATIONS. ; No entries will be received for any of , the races except on this condition—That - all deposits, objections, claims, and com- ' plaints arising out of the racing shall be disposed of and decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whose decision upon all matters connected with the foregoing programme shall be final. Entries must be made with the Secre--1 tary, at Bruce's Hotel, Akaroa, on or ■ before Monday, May 21, at 4 o'clock, with entrance money enclosed, with the name, age, and pedigree of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the * rider, must be specified under a penalty i of a fine of two sovereigns.
