AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Tuesday, April 17, 17. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) OBORN V CAREW. This was a judgment summons to show cause why a verdict of. the Court had not been satisfied. Defendant, having filed a declaration of his insolvency, the Bench declined to make an order. GUTBERLET V. EDWARDS. To recover the sum of £1 9s 4d, for bread supplied. Judgment for amount claimed, with costs. KEARNEY V. EDWARDS. To recover the sum of £4 6s. Judgment for amount claimed, with costs. GUTBERLET V. H. PERRY. To recover 15s 3d, for bread supplied. Judgment for amount claimed, with costs. The Court then adjourned.
