The Bolshevist regime was able 1 to care for the army, by stripping the country of available supplies. LONDON, March 1. Profossor Rogoyhki, of the Craco^w Univefsi|^, states that the Germans at Brans, near Bielsk, accused the residents of murdering a German soldier j who really committed suicide, and shot them right and left. They entered one shop and shot twelve people.
