REVOLUTIONARY PROGRESS.
NEW YORK, March 1. A United Press message from Berne reports that unless the German Government succeeds in suppressing the growing revolutionary movement in Central Germany the Government will be rendered virtually powerless and the National Assembly will fall. Herr Ebert and Herr Scheidemann are growing exceedingly apprehensive.
