(Received March 3, 2 p.m.) ATHENS, March 2. The British Admiral announces,that I the blockade of Cavalia, the. Bulgarian coast, the Mediterranean, Dardanelles, Syria, and Karamania has been raised. Advices from Smyrna state that the Young Turks armed Turkish destroyers winch arc terrorising the neighbourhood of Konish, and have also come into conflict with British detachments at various railway stations.
