FRESH SUCCESSES FOR ALLIES.
The High Commissioner reports under date, London,; May 28, 1.30 a.m.:—
North of Arras, several hot actions took place to-day. Fresh successes have been made in the region of Angres. Two enemy counter-attacks •were repulsed. The AlKes remain masters of all positions captured. The German losses are again very heavy. .Bast of Ablain, after, an energetic attack, tho Allies, who previously captured Carency and the greater part of Ablain, took German trenches and a cemetery wherein the enemy was strongly established. Four hundred prisoners, including many officers, were; taken.
