A SUBMARINE'S WORK.
The High Commissioner reports under date, London, May 28, 1.30 a.m.:—
At the Dardanelles the submarine Ell sunk in the Sea of Marmora a
vessel containing much ammunition, heavy howitzers, gun mountings, and a 6-mch grin, and also torpedoed a supply ship, with heavy cargo storos. The submarine entered Constantinople, and discharged torpedoes at s a transport alongside the arsenal. :
