TO OTAGO REINFORCEMENTS
DUNEIHN, May 29. The: civic send-off to the Otago troops to-day was easily. the. best since the war started. Though there was a serious deficiency of recruits 10 days ago, there was on,ly a sh'oi*tage of 50 to-day. Great enthusiasm was shown, 12,000 people.lining the streets. The men were a particularly sturdy lot.
