TIR BOTTON—PITH IE
A very pretty wedding (writes our correspondent) took place at Mr Jag. Pithie's residence on Wednesday, September 2nd, when Miss Edi h Mary Pithie was married to Mr Thomas Edward Tarbotton of Ealing. Both families being old identifies in the district, there was a very large gathering of the friends and relatives present. The Rev. A. Bruce Todd officiated. Miss Wise, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid, and Mr Tarbotton was attended by his brother as hest man. After the ceremony the! wedding breakfast was held in a large j marquee erected under the trees.. Mr Todd i proposed the health of the bride and bridegroom, to whjch the bridegroom suitably responded, The health of the bridesmaid was proposed by Mr J. W. Pithie and responded to by the best man. The bride's dress was of cream cashmere trimmed with cream merve silk andl aoe insertion, orange blossom and veil of old Limerick lace. Her i travelling dress was a navy blue costume relieved with pale blue, silk blouse and hat of black chiffon and pale blue. A large number of valuable wedding presents were received by the happy couple who left for their ne\^ homa afc Ealing, during the afternoon amid showers of pee.
