IRELAND AND HER TROUBLES.

In tho Dominion House of Commons, Mr Devlin, a Liberal, moved a vote of sympathy with Ireland in her endeavours to secure autonomous government, and expressed the hope that the British Liborais would gain tho victory at the general election. Mr Bisdale, a Tory, moved an amendment to the effect that it was imprudent to offer advice to the Imperial Parliament in the matter.
