MOORISH TRIBES DECIMATED.

HORDES SURROUND THE TOWN.

United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. MOROCCO, August 12. The bombardment at Casablanca on Saturday prevented many thousands of Moors re^approaching the town. The Moors' losses have been terrible since the outset. ' The stench from the corpses at Casablanca is so bad that tho air is foetid for a mile off the coast. It is necessary to burn the corpses still unb, uried. The French Admiralty thanked Miss Spinney, sister of the Consul at Mazagan, for nursing the wounded at Casablanca. Fighting outside the town is almost continuous. The French troops, by dauntless valour, are repelling and driving off great hordes of tribesmen. The latter were decimated while boldly advancing on artillery and maxims.
