The appointment of tbe judges was left m the hands of the r Chairman, Secretary and Mr Wesney. .The schedule was revised, and it was decided to^dd the following : ' Humorous duet, open ; mouth organ solo, open ; and a dialogue, open to primary school children. A number of classes m which there were no entries last year were deleted. It was decided to aak Mrs T- H- Cupples to act as official accompanißte, and to give certificates as well as prize money. x It was resolved to pencil the Hall for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, ' October 10th, llth and 12th, as the dates for the Competitions. Mr Sinclair ' offered to donate a trophy for essay by school children, and Mr Wesney also donated a trophy for* most points gained by. a school child m the Competitions. .
