Threatening Behaviour.—Emmett Hussey and Horace .bollard were each charged witu using threatening behaviour in Rattray street on February 20.—Hussey did not ap"pear, and after hearing the evidence of the two coneba-blcs, the Magistrate imposed a fine of 2(te on each, with the alternative of three days' imprisonment. Angus Pollock and Alfred M'Farlane pleaded "Guilty" to a charge of assaulting James Barclay in Walker street on I'ebruary 15, and "Not guilty" to using threatening behaviour in St. Andrew ttrert on the same ekitc.—Each accused was sentenced to two months' imprisonment on the first charge, mid on the eecond they '.vere each fined £2 with casts (9s), in default one month's imprisonment.
