CHIEF SCOUT'S VISIT.

RETTEW IN THE DOMAIN.

Great interest is being shown in the review of senior and junior cadets and boy scouts to be held by His Excellency the Governor on the Domain Cricket Ground on Monday afternoon, and it is expected that there will be a very largo muster of cadets and scouts. The occasion for the review is the visit of the Chief Scout, Lieutenant-General Sir Robert BadenPowell.

The senior cadets will concentrate on the Outer Domain by 1.30 p.m., and will there be formed into two battalions. The first battalion will be commanded by Captain H. W. v King, and will consist of the following: Three companies Grammar School cadets, 21st company St. Stephen's School cadets, 22nd company Sacred Heart College cadets, 23rd company Marist Brothers School cadets; 24th company Auckland Technical School cadets, 25th company Wesley College cadets, 33rd company Epsom school, cadets, 34th company Mount Eden senior cadets, 35th company Parnell senior cadets, 36th company Grey Lynn senior cadets, o7th company Avondale senior cadets, 51st company Devonport senior cadets, 52nd company Devonport senior cadets, 53rd company Northcote senior cadets, 54th company Birkenhead senior cadets. Captain W. C, Sinel will command the second battalion, which will consist of- the 4th company Eden Rifle .cadets, 43th company D#onport senior cadets, 18th company Pbhsonby senior cadets, 26tb company Auckland City senior cadets, 27th company Ponsonby senior : cadets, 28th company Ponsonby senior I cadets, 29th company Ponsonby scouts, ! 30th company Kingsland senior cadets, 31st company EUerslie senior cadets, 32nd i company Newmarket senior cadets, 68th company Onehunga senior cadets From the Outer Domain the two battalions will March to the review ground, and form in quartcr-coloumn. Five battalions of junior cadets, commanded by Major J. Robb, are to be-in position by 2.15 p.m. The Dominion boy scouts, under DistrictCkyinmander H. Stenbing, will assemble at the Grafton Bridge, at 1.45 p.m. sharp. Thence they will march to the Domain, to be in position on the review ground by 2.15 p.m. The programme arranged for the review includes a display by the boy scouts. A final rehearsal of "the scouts' portion of the programme, will be held in the 'Outer Domain this afternoon, when Colonel D. Cosgrove, V.D., Chief Commissioner for New Zealand, will be present. The troops of scouts should be in position at 2.30 p.m. for the " Dominion Rally," and a haka. Although the steamer Wimmera was a day late in leaving Sydney, it is. fully expected that the vessel will arrive in time to allow the Chief Scout to inspect the parade on Monday, with His Excellency the Governor.
