SCHOLARSHIP EXAMINATIONS
SENIOR DISTRICT RESULTS.
Ti£e Auckland Education. Board, at its nextmeeting on the 25th inst., will determine the number of senior district scholarships to bo awarded this year, and will allot them upon the results of the senior district scholarship examinations held in December, last. The scholarships, which are tenable _ for three years, aro worth £10 per year . and fees to each successful candidate, - with an extra board-allowance of £30 per year to scholars who ire compelled to reside away from their homes.
