Notice. THE undersigned requests all parties in New Zealand to liberate their different properties within 14 days from this date, other- wise they will be sold to pay the expences of repairs. A CASE of extreme hardship having oc- curred to Salvador Cemeno, the owner of the little schooner Fidele, by being unfairly deprived of the Prize won by him in the late Regatta, and having since entrusted his vessel to another person, the cable broke near the entrance of the harbour, and his vessel was nearly destroyed by the surf. Subscriptions will be received at the Aurora Tavern to repair his vessel if worth repairing, or purchase a boat to provide a most industrious man with the means of subsistence. February 2,1844.
