BY POSTPONEMENT. Wade's Town. MR. JOHN WADE is instructed to sell by Public Auction, on Friday the Ist September, 1843, at his Stores, at 1 o'clock precisely, By direction of the Mortgagee, 30 VALUABLE ALLOTMENTS IN WADE'S TOWN, containing half an acre each. The land is situate in blocks of from four to five acres, the buyer will therefore have an opportunity of buying in half acres or blocks. The land in Wade's Town is too well known to require comment from the Auctioneer, he would only ask intending purchasers look at the land,, and refer to the reports of the Horti- cultural Society, where they will find Wade's Town has carried off a larger number of prizes than any other portion of Port Nicholson.
