Mr. Selig and "The Worker"
. Mr. P. Selig, of the ultra-Torj "Ohristchiirch Press," who- is also president of the Newspaper Proprietor's Association, tillered Ui«>e words at tiie annual conference of the Association held last week at Wellington : ' 'Twelve month* ago lie had referred to the fact that the cost of out-' put of papers had gone up by leaps and bounds.
