Claim Against Captain Colthurst
It was* stated in Dublin recently that Alderman James Kellj, a farmer High Sheriff of the Oity of Dublin, bad caused a wit to bo issued against Captain Bowon Cblthuiret, claiming damages for the bombardment of his bouse and shop by a party of soldiers under Captain Oolthurst's charge during the Ihiblin rebellion. Captain Golfchurst was found guilty by a. military oourtmartial of the shooting «f Mr. Sheehy Skeffington and two other men, but wa9 also found to b» insane, and ho in now an inmate of Broadmoor Asylum.—Huddersfield "Worker."
