BOSTON ROAST.
One pound or cooked kidney. bonns, half a pound of grated cheese, breadcrumbs and salt. Pound the. beans or put them through a vegetable mashing machine. Add the cheese and sufficient breadcrumbs to make the mixture stiff enough to bo formed into a roll. Bake this in a moderate oven, basting it occasionally with butter and water. Serve with tomato sauco. Tho dish may be flavoured with onion if it bo liked.
