"MaofFland Worker" Sued by Messrs. Black and Walsh.
£450 DAMAGES CLAIMED IN EACH CASE.
At the instance of William Piernont Black and Thomas Walsh, both of Auckland, writs for alleged libel v.-ore served upon Mr. J. Glover (for tho Federation of Labor) ,md V.r- A. C%igs (for Thk Maovuland Wottkek) on Thursday of last week, with a claim for £450 and costs in mch ense.
The libels are alleged to he contained in Maortlantj Workef editorials and in an article by a contributor.
Mr. P. J. O'Regan has been instructed to act for the Labor Federation.
