NOTICE is hereby given that the patents of the Welsbach Light Company of Australasia, Limited, are not confined to incandescent mantles for use with Gas Burners, but extend to mantles used or intended for use with oil or other lamps, and the public are warned against making or selling for übo with or using with gas, oil or other burners, any Incandescent Mantles whioh infringe the Company's patents. The validity of the Company's patent has recently been established in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria, and actions are now pending in New Zealand against alleged infringers.
