Nominations for all Eaoes and Entries for Maiden Hack close with the Secretary, at his Office, Palmerston North, on Thursday, December 3rd, 1903, at 10 p.m. Weights for First Day will be declared on or about Monday, December 14th, 1903. Acceptances for First Day close with the Secretary at his Office, Palmerston North, on Thursday, December 17th, 1903, at 10 p.m. ; . Weights for Second Day will be declared on the night of the First Day's Eaces, about 8.45 p.m., at Club's Office. Acceptances for Second Day close with the Secretary, at his Office, Palmerston North, on Saturday, December 26th, 1903, at 10 p.m. ■ ■ Conditions. All nomination* ana entries shall b« expressly ■nbjeot to the following conditions :— 1. The races shall be run under " The Bules of Baotag," and, subject to the right of appeal thereby conferred, the decision of a majority of the Stewards with referenoe to e-rery matter arising out of the racing, shall be final and conoltulve. PENALTIES. 4. The winner of any flat race after declaration Of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a farther penalty of 61b. Horses handloapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half of the aboTe penalties. 5.
