'--■, - j Spells of twenty minutes will be played at the.conclusion of which the two teams to meet "Wellington will be chosen. It was put forward as a suggestion to the selectors that men be picked for the positions in which they play. The grounds and referees for tomorrow's matches are as follows :— Senior—No. 1, Palrnerston A. v Old Boys (Mr Rush); No. 2, Pioneer v Rifles (Mr Giorgi); No. 3, Palmerston B. v Midland (Mr Goodger). Junior No. 4, High School A. v ; Campbell-street School (Mr Short); No. 5, Midland v Old Boys (Mr Wingate). . The following team will represent - " Midland against Palmerston B :—Tait, y- -■; "Webb, Skelley (2), :Shortt (2), De Luen, Jolly, Thorburn, McPherson, Johnston. -The match of the. first round to., morrow.— Palmerston v. Old Boys. Public may be sure of a fast, open,-and scientific exhibition of the game. Addington Club (Christchurch) are to make a northern tour towards the end ; ot next month.'.
