NOTICE TO MARINERS.

Discontinuance of Pilot Service at Rangitikei, Cook Strait. Marine Department. Wellington, Ist April, 1881. .Notice is hereby given that, on and after the first day of M*y next, the Pilot Service at present established at the entrance to the Rangitikei River will be discontinued, and the bar and danger signals will no longer be shown from the signal station.
