Death From Exposure.
An inquest was held at Cameron's Hotel, DiataurM, yesterday morning, bsfore Mr Thomas Culling, acfcing-Cotoner, on the body of a man believeJ to be named ChhWe? W-rt, but knowa in the ciatrict as " Cocky.' D. ceased was a travelling watch and clock mak-er, and led a wandaring iife. The family did what ■ h«y could for him, and intended having him removed to the hospital on Saturday, but on Friday night he became weaker and died on lh« m-xt looming at 5 o'clock.
Arch McKay and John McKay corroborated the evidence of the former wi-.nesß, the iftiter stating tbat there was nothing surprising about the death or deceased, as the hut as occupied and the clothing ho wore and am general surroundings were euoijgh to hasten the death of a more robust person ih.m decertsed.
