NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS.

To meet the convenience of residents in the country, the proprietors of the ' Lyttelton Times' have arranged to forward copies to subscribers along any mail line throughout the province, prepaying the local postage, the amount of which, at the rate of Bs. 6d. per annum, will be added to the subscription on all copies transmitted beyond the towns of Lyttelton and Christchurch.

Subscribers on the Timaru line of posts are requested to forward information to this office of the receiving-house to which their copies are to be forwarded.
