The Glover Tragedy.
Per Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph — Copyright. Received March 4, 9.50 a.m. Hobart, March 4. At the inquest the verdict was that Mrs Glover killed her children and then committed suioide whilst insane. The evidence showed that the woman suffered from melancholia and had been peculiar in manner lately. On the day previous to the tragedy she failed to obtain a supply of landanum. The crime had apparently been committed at night, and the children asJeep when murdered. Their ages ranged from four months to eiaven years. The statement that there was a seventh child was incorrect. Prior to drowning the woman attempted to cut her own throat.
