The following is the address to be presented to the Duke of Cornwall and York. The address is tastefully illumated and is in the form of a scroll with White York Roses, entwined with Scotch Thistles and Shamrock, nicely painted. Th-3 work of getting up the address was entrusted to Mr E Warns, and the lettering of the address is a work of art and reflects the greatest credit on his penmanship. The painting was done by Miss Gleeson, and is a fine bit of painting. The address is to be presented with a handsome silver casket suitable inscribed : — "To His Royal Highness, George, Frederick, Earnest, Albert, Duke of Cornwall and York, Knight of the most noble order of the Garter, Knight of the most ancient aud noble order of the Thistle.
