The annual Anniversary Day regatta will be conducted this year by the Evans Bay Yacht and Motor-boat Club under the auspices of the Wellington Yacht and Motor-boat Association. A full programme has been arranged for the weekend, with some of the association's interclub trophies to be competed for on the Saturday. These will include the Inter-club Challenge Cup for 14-footers, classes X, H, and N.-the Holmes Challenge Cup for Idle Alongs, and the Tauranga Championship Cup for T class boats. There will also be races for keelers and Z class yachts. The Steel Memorial Victory Shield for Idle Alongs will be "sailed the following day, when there will be a full programme for other classes. On Anniversary Day the Sterling Memorial Cup for H class and the Pet Cup for keelers are scheduled to be decided. The programme includes both sailing and rowing races for whalers, open to both Sea Scouts and Navy personnel. ROWING. The« Wellington Rowing Club will hold Ihe annual club race for the. Wareham Fours tomorrow afternoon, over one mile. Entries close on the skids at 2.15 p.m. sharp.«On Monday afternoon, at the same time, providing there is a large enough attendance, a second club race, for the Kempthorne Fours will be held. -
